1:34 PM (18 minutes ago) 7 September,
Dear Mr Joseph.
We met you the day we left the hospital and promised to email you - so here is what we discovered about your wonderful hospital and doctors.
Firstly, the infinite care that was given to my husband, Courtney Shields Ferguson**, was awesome. No problem or pain was over-looked and the most important point that I want to commend the doctors on is this fact. It was not just one man's opinion but it was the whole team that discussed each case and put forward different angles of treatment before a decision was made. To us, this is the reason why Dr Desai is so successful - he discusses each case thouroughly with his team before acting and in so doing teaches those up-and-coming young surgeons that there is power and wisdom in consulting with many
counsellors.
We have only thanks and admiration for Dr Desai and his team and also for the general workers and nurses who followed the doctors orders properly and faithfully. Please pass on this message of thanks to Dr Desai and also send us his email address/phone number please.
Yours sincerely
Gail and Courtney Ferguson

Patient Name: Maj.Gen.(Rtd.) Barrack O.C. Onyango, Nairobi, Kenya
Major General Onyango underwent a robotic-assisted surgery at MPUH, Nadiad. He was impressed with the total commitment, punctuality and dedication of not just the doctors at MPUH but the entire hospital staff also, e.g. nurses, attendants, support staff, etc. He said that MPUH (India) was recommended to him by Dr Naji AN Said of Kenya when he was considering his options to go to the USA, Germany, South Africa or India. He was very happy that he chose MPUH for his treatment. To a question “what was the best thing about MPUH”, he said, “professionalism and team work all through — from professional to non-professional staff.” He commended the excellent facilities in MPUH. With regard to ’areas for improvement, if any‘, Major General Onyango commented “We cannot ask for more”. He said, he will be recommending MPUH for anybody who may require urological treatments.
