    Dr. Mishra and Desai:

As this year's chairman of the WCE Video Awards Committee it is my distinct pleasure to inform you that your video entitled "Micro percutaneous nephrolithotomy: The initial feasibility study" has been selected as the BEST VIDEO for 2011. There were a total of 165 video submitted to the 2011 meeting. After an initial round of reviews by 5 Society of Endourology members lead by Chandru Sundaram, the top 11 videos were reviewed by an international panel of judges and yours was selected as the most novel and interesting video of the group. Congratulations!

I would like to ask that one of your team members be present to receive your award at the Olympus best poster and video awards ceremony held on Saturday December 3, 2011 at 8:30 AM. This award will be presented by Frank Keely, the WCE Awards Committee chairman along with the Olympus sponsor. If you are unable to attend, please let me know as soon as possible.

Again congratulations on your novel and exciting video. We all look forward to your further studies on the micro-PCNL technique.
