I invite you all to the course on Small Renal Stones to be held at JPAC on the 14 and 15 of June 2012. Small Renal Stones in the Genito Urinary Tract has always been a challenging situation. Now that many instruments are available in the armamentarium it's always a dilemma which would be better in a given situation.

MPUH Nadiad team headed by Dr Mahesh Desai visits Kelina Hospital Nigeria to perform free Urological minimal access Surgeries

A team of doctors and OT staff from MPUH Nadiad, headed by MPUH Medical Director and Managing Trustee, who is also the President of the Society International d' Urologie (SIU), visited Kelina Hospital, Abuja (Nigeria) during March 15 - 21, 2012. Dr. Desai delivered a Urology Guest Lecture on 21/3/2012, titled "Health initiative by the Societe Internationale d' Urologie" at the Abuja Sheraton Hotel.

For the first time in India, robotic-assisted Radical Cystectomy and reconstruction of neo-bladder performed at MPUH Nadiad

During the week starting March 5, 2012, three robotic-assisted radical cystectomy and reconstruction of neo-bladder were performed at MPUH Nadiad, for the first time in India. The surgeries were performed by Dr Mihir Desai from the University of Southern California who have been visiting MPUH Nadiad from time to time to mentor and train the surgeons here.
